They did not honor the reservation. I traveled all the way to Oaxaca from the US in May and when I arrived at Casa Blanca at 11 pm, nobody was there to open the door. After trying for an hour, I finally managed to get in touch with the phone number on Expedia, only to find out that the house was already full and my reservation did not exist. I had two reservations and neither was available. I had nowhere to stay since it was the Day of the Dead celebrations and all hotels were fully booked. Do not waste your time. Also, the location is far from Oaxaca centro and not pleasant. At 11 pm, there was loud music and noisy people. Do not stay.

They did not respect the reservation and canceled on me while I was already at the destination.
