I got to the hotel, gave them my name, and I was told that they didn’t have any booking for me. I waited at the desk for over an hour, got upset, and left. I returned after getting the confirmation confirming my reservations, and the manager then stated that they had a late check-out and she would have to clean the room to get me checked in. I was then told that they could only accommodate me with one night stay when I booked for two nights. The next morning, as I was checking out, the manager said she had a smaller room that could accommodate my next night. To my surprise, when I got in the room, it was like staying in a cupboard; there was no privacy for a second guest to use the restroom as it was all in one. This is unacceptable.
