The location is great with its own beach right outside the door, bus stop up the street, and in a few minutes directly into the city without having to worry about parking. The apartment has been nicely renovated. Our son thought his bed over the stairs was really cool. Overall, the apartment had a lot to offer. We had a lovely vacation except for the toilet.

After arriving, we had to clean the toilet ourselves (which is unacceptable). The second bedroom is in the basement, it was sufficient for sleeping. Perhaps a room divider should be installed here to separate it from the washing machine and technical area. Also, a new countertop should be installed in the kitchen for hygienic reasons.

The house is atypical and well thought out. The view of the sea and the Sanguinaires Islands in the distance. Direct access to the beach. The location with free bus access and not far from the city.

The location is unique. All the utensils needed for cooking and eating were there. It has 2 hot plates and enough pans and pots. However, there is no oven. Toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, coffee capsules, and hand soap for the bathroom need to be bought by yourself. But it's not a problem since it's not a hotel. The air conditioners in the living room and the lower bedroom work perfectly. A fan is available for the sleeping area above the bathroom/toilet. The accommodation is not suitable for more than 4 people.

Everything else, the beach is not private, nonexistent air conditioning, dilapidated apartment. We left after the first day because the house was uninhabitable (40 degrees inside). The owners were alerted beforehand and denied it, then said they would put fans... how can you give these ratings? I attach the photos, judge for yourself!!

Faulty air conditioning during a heatwave, so one of the loft beds was unusable, the other bed located in the basement with noisy ventilation and dehumidifier, the bedding was passable, the kitchen utensils are of poor quality. No soap or shampoo, I'll stop my complaints here but there would be more to continue. Do not trust the very advantageous presentation.

The basement was damp and the window couldn't be opened. It's the bedroom, but we didn't use it for that reason. Slept well on the sofa bed in the living room. It was the best option. Parking along the road by the house was always full. Therefore, parked a street away.
