Guest sentiment

• Cleanliness1.0

Mixed signals: many guests call rooms and linens very clean and note frequent staff cleaning, but multiple comments cite old shared bathrooms and at least one report of a badly smelling toilet, indicating inconsistent bathroom cleanliness.

• Service1.0

Very positive: numerous reviewers praise the staff as friendly, helpful and welcoming; several mention staff-assisted bookings, tours and convenient late check-in.

• Location1.0

Positive: repeatedly described as well located for the airport and close to main street/restaurants while being on a quieter side street — convenient for short stays or transfers.

• Room Quality1.0

Mixed to negative: beds and AC are often praised (comfortable, cool rooms), but specific issues include mattresses wrapped in plastic that crinkle and reduce comfort, and reports of noisy air-con in some rooms.

• Amenities1.0

Mixed: there are pleasant shared areas (garden, swings), water dispenser and reception services, but guests note limited shared bathrooms, no fridge or guest kitchen/bar and occasional weak Wi‑Fi.

• Value for Money1.0

Positive: explicitly called good value by several reviewers and described as great for a short stopover before/after flights.

• Food and Beverage1.0

Negative: multiple guests note the absence of a bar, guest kitchen or refrigerator; food/beverage options are minimal (water/boiler only), so F&B offering is poor.

• Overall Experience1.0

Slightly positive overall: many guests felt at home due to staff and vibe and recommend the hostel for short stays, though bathroom and some room issues temper the experience.
