The room was small but very nice. It had everything and was very clean. The air conditioning was clearly new because it worked very well. The staff was very charming and helped with everything you needed. I highly recommend the hotel, really!

The guys working there are super friendly. We asked to change rooms because the bed (standard room) was very small, and they did it without any problems. Also, we checked out and they kept our luggage and let us take a shower before leaving.

The bed in the standard room is small for two people, better to take the deluxe.

The staff goes above and beyond. It's our second time here and they always meet us at the gate, carry our bags up. This time we had issues with our transport and the receptionist contacted me back and forth, managed to contact the company for the transfer, and sorted it out for us, which was a huge relief. Will always be amazed by their customer service. My partner and I often visit PPS and will stay here every time. The deluxe room is the best!

The bed was a bit short for us, as we are two tall people.
