Unluckily, I came across drunk hotel guests sitting in front of the hotel entrance, who with their vulgar behavior harassed guests (including me) and were aggressive towards the receptionist. It's not the hotel's fault, but maybe some security for such noisy and aggressive guests would be helpful there. Fortunately, the soundproof windows made it possible to fall asleep somehow. The second downside is the lack of a teaspoon in the coffee and tea brewing set.
My favorite place to stay in Warsaw. Spacious room with a kitchenette and a large bathroom. Clean, comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. Right after leaving, there is a bus and tram stop. Literally, there are plenty of shops and restaurants under the hotel. Only positives, highly recommended. I always come back 😊
