The location was great. The jacuzzi and spa area was nice though the wet steam room was not working.

The bathroom was not well equipped. There were two "bath" towels and two hand towels. No washcloths were provided. There was one very small soap and only one dispenser of "shampoo?" in the shower. The drain was clogged so when you opened the shower door, water went all over the bathroom. In the spa, only one thin towel was provided per person. No hooks on the door to hang towels and very few hangers in the closet.

Two beds were actually four small beds put together that kept sliding apart. Bathroom sink was clogged, shower door didn’t close all the way and mold growing at the base of the shower.

Despite 2 attempts at phone contact, it was not possible to connect with the reception. There was no hope of a return call.
