The location is excellent, it is the second time we stayed at the hotel to attend an event in Qro. They serve you very quickly at the front desk for both check-in and check-out, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and the beds are not bad. Everything is very clean. Both times we were in and out and did not have the opportunity to try the restaurant's food.

There was a problem with the room keys that we could not enter, so we had to go down to reception to reactivate them. But they solved it in less than a minute.

We spent 6 weeks in this beautiful hotel and were extremely satisfied. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast is excellent and the selection is huge. The location of the hotel is perfect - Alameda is within walking distance. The rooms were clean and there were 2 bottles of water, coffee, and toiletries in the room every day. The staff in the restaurant and at the reception were particularly friendly. It was a great pleasure for us to be greeted by such lovely people every morning at breakfast. We thank everyone very much for that. Our vacation was made even more beautiful by all of them.
