The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was excellent, right in a lively shopping area with covered streets, which was especially convenient when it rained.

The only downside was the pillow. The only one per person wasn’t very comfortable. Having extra pillows per person or better-quality pillows would have made the stay much more comfortable.

There was a strange smell in the hallway and inside the room. It was noticeable every time we walked in, though we got used to it after a few minutes. It smelled a lot like old cigarette smoke. Perhaps this hotel was formerly smoking-friendly?
