It is not precisely a social hostel, although it has a nice common area where you can rest despite being in a very dense area of Madrid (which is good)

To mention something, the room dimensions, but we understand that it is the only way for 4 people to fit in it, so everything is correct because it is the possibility for a family to stay together in the same room and sleep in a double bed that not all hostels have. We also asked for the room we wanted and they could offer it to us, so great, I spoke with Miguel on the phone and he arranged everything before we went. And the elevator, to mention something else, it is just one elevator for many people, but there is no space for another one, so it is not a complaint but to give some more suggestions, but everything is very correct and we would definitely come back!!! Located right in the center of Madrid. The beds are comfortable and the room is of adequate size. What stands out the most is the friendliness of the reception staff and the breakfast guy. Thank you very much for helping to make a pleasant stay.

They could include the towel and not charge for storing luggage once the check-out is done.
