Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer (Familienzimmer mit Tatami-Ecke), liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr ruhig. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Der kleine Zen-Garten in der 4. Etage war hübsch, man konnte sich dort entspannen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat uns unkompliziert geholfen einen Stecker-Adapter online zu bestellen, der eine Stunde später um 11 Uhr abends aufs Zimmer geliefert wurde.

However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. They are some of the kindest, warmest and most helpful people we have ever met. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they always went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including complimentary fizzy drinks and bottled water, which was a lovely touch. A special thank you to the manager for going above and beyond to help me with my deliveries. Your kindness and support meant a lot to us. We will remember this stay not just for the beautiful hotel, but especially for the amazing people who made it so special. Thank you for making our experience in China truly unforgettable. Nothing really, this was one of our best stays ever.Our room was facing the street ,bit it had very good, fancy electric curtains.
Excellent Location for restaurants, markets and the Wuyou temple, excellent breakfast with wide range of options and included non-vegetarian options. Our Room was excellent too and serviced everyday. All staff were very attentive especially Kevin who welcomed us at 2am in the morning.

The evenings vegetarian meals in the hotel restaurant were very limited in choice. We ate there one evening and were quite disappointed with the food.
