la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel la situation géographique

Avant d'arriver à l'hôtel, nous avons demandé une chambre calme loin du bruit des équipements car plusieurs voyageurs ayant fréquenté cet hôtel ont signalé le bruit insupportable de la chambre 506 qui donne directement sur la cour intérieure et dont la fenêtre est placée juste au dessus des gros blocs de climatisation. Notre demande avait été validée et accepté par retour de mail de l'établissement. Mais à notre arrivée, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise d'avoir cette chambre. Nous avons changé de chambre le lendemain après une nuit insupportable et sans fermer l'œil de la nuit !! C'est inadmissible , irrespectueux et même maltraitant !! La deuxième chambre attribuée est un étage plus haut et même orientation !! On se fout de nous donc !? Sinon , les chambres sont très petites et mal insonorisées, de plus la propreté n'est pas au rendez-vous : draps changé tous les jours certe mais couette jaunie et tachetée, idem pour les coussins, pleins de taches .Il y a par ailleurs des odeurs des moisissures car derrière le papier peint cache misère, il y a des infiltrations d'eau et autour de la fenêtre pas assez d'étanchéité autour avec joint qui pendouille. Le SPA est un plus mais la piscine n'est pas bien propre, et il y a des petits carreaux qui se décollent par endroits. Le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas et le hamam non plus...... Le petit déjeuner est plus que basique, pas de vienoiseries , café pas bon, charcuterie à la consistance du plastique, pas d'omelette... Bref, hôtel vétuste, inconfortable, qui ne re respecte pas ses clients en les mettant dans des chambres où il est impossible de trouver repos et sommeil malgré les nombreuses plaintes des clients. Il ne vaut pas 4 étoiles. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel .
Great location - walking distance from the main sights but also near the underground to get to other parts of town. Nice rooms, great views from the roof, and a friendly hotel cat! Good value for money and friendly staff.
