The hotel was very clean, well-kept, and nice. The staff was fantastic - very friendly, professional, helpful, and always welcoming. A special thank you to Anara at the reception, who was absolutely fantastic! She greeted us with outstanding warmth, kindness, and care and truly made us feel welcome. The restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were also very nice and professional. The service from the staff gets a solid 5 out of 5 from me. The fresh juices were also very good.

What brought down the overall impression was the food, especially the breakfast. Considering the high price of the hotel, I had expected significantly higher quality, more variety, and a more exclusive dining experience. I would rate the food 3 out of 5. The hotel is quite expensive, and therefore, I believe the food should maintain a significantly higher standard and better correspond to the price.

The lobby is fantastic, the pool on the 7th floor was beautiful, the view was splendid, not to mention the breakfast was wonderful
