The only minor area that could be improved is the paintwork on the walls and ceiling in the room I stayed in, which could benefit from a little renovation and freshening up. However, this did not take away from an otherwise excellent experience.
Everything was fine, the room was very nice and spacious, and the reception was very nice, especially Hamza and the housekeeping Miss Fawzya, all were more than professional in their work and very polite

Excellent location in the city, everything around you
The hotel is clean, very well located, the entrance is beautiful, the corridors smell amazing, and the breakfast menu is generous. Most importantly, the staff is absolutely amazing. Especially Hamza at the reception, he went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
