An hour before check-in, I still hadn't received the instructions. I had to prompt them and received them with inactive (essential) links. I had to request them, suggesting to send them via email or WhatsApp. All this while dealing with parking and luggage and having to manage everything from a cellphone, in another language. Zero customer attention. Upon our arrival, we found the dishwasher still full and with a malfunction signal, which I immediately notified the management about via message (since we had no live contact with anyone). I was told to be patient because the cleaning team had been very busy those days. With all the understanding in the world, cleanliness cannot be overlooked. The house was indeed very dirty, with encrusted dishes, grease and sauce stains on the table, a lot of dust on the kitchen counter and microwave, coffee machine still with remnants of the pod. One of the worst things was the bathroom, where it was impossible to place anything, given the lack of cabinets or shelves and the constant flooding. In fact, not only the shower drain was not working well, but there was no division between this and the sink area, which was therefore always wet both on the floor and on the surface. In the kitchen, there were very few utensils and only non-cutting knives. The space to store clothes was non-existent, with only 2 hangers (again zero customer attention) and a very narrow open closet that was totally occupied by the sofa bed cushions upon our arrival. The latter was extremely uncomfortable, very noisy with every small movement, and right under the air conditioning vent. The common dryer was almost always full because the cleaning staff left towels and rags in it for an entire day.

There's no elevator so getting upstairs with all the languages is a little uncomfortable

Very nice studio ideally located in the old town center, with restaurants, cafes, the port, and places of interest within walking distance in a few minutes. You can park quite easily on the boulevard and in an underground parking lot right next to it. Good communication via booking and SMS to pick up the keys.
