The price is not cheap but the experience is worth it
Great location, directly advice mtr tseung Kwan o station. Great mtr mall and lots of food options. During thunderstorms you essentially don't have to go outside at all - very convenient. Stayed in family room, very cool layout for the kids. (spacious for Hong Kong standards, one king and 2 futons up on the mezzanine). Not really any sitting area however, 2 bean bag chairs and cushions. Room serviced daily. Outdoor Pool is 25m and clean. Jacuzzi at the far end.

The building seems to have some issues with the plumbing/sewage smells-especially bad on level 5 where the pool is.

You are not very central compared to the main areas of HK but extraordinarily connected to public transport
