Bed smell from the air conditioning, common in Chinese hotels
The staff is really nice and willing to help.

So many things but especially the smells problem of the place, we were traveling with a baby and they gave us a room with a horrible cigarette smell. I asked to be changed and the staff was really effective and found a new one with a better smell. The problem I rented two rooms. The other room for my mom and my brother completely stinky. I said smell like rotten sausage, my brother says like fart, whatever was really disgusting but we were so tired to ask again for a new change, the hotel is so far decent and the service is good but the smells problem is something really disgusting and causes a really overall bad experience
