The location, the comfort of the beds, and the possibility of having two single beds instead of one large bed

Lack of amenities like a small fridge, a kettle, or coffee machine. The bed sheets were never changed in a week. The sound insulation between rooms and corridors is not optimal (we could hear our neighbor snoring)

The noise. You can hear a lot of noise from the rooms next door. They should improve the insulation
The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Especially Eva and Maria. The hotel is very close to the historic center, restaurants, cafes, and just 5 minutes from the bus station. Highly recommended. If I return to Seville, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything.
