A truly beautiful hotel, well-kept and equipped with many services. The staff was very kind and always available. The breakfast was one of the highlights: very varied and with many choices. We also dined at the hotel's restaurant, which we found good and convenient, especially after days of excursions. The other services provided by the hotel offer a complete experience including taxis readily available at the entrance and excursion organization, making everything very simple for those visiting Iguazu. Finally, in addition to the pools for children, there is also a large and truly stunning infinity pool perfect for relaxing. The location is extremely convenient: it is just a few minutes by car from both the airport and the entrance to the Iguazú Falls, making it an excellent base for visiting the area. Overall, a structure that really satisfied us and that we would definitely recommend for a stay at the Iguazú Falls.

The towels were hard, dry, and old, I believe they did not match the hotel's level/quality. Another thing that caught my attention was that in my room/bathroom, there was a water leak near the toilet, I think from the bidet shower, but it was very bad because it wet and dirtied the rug. I also did not like the sauna bathroom because when taking a shower, the whole area gets flooded, there is no shower box.

The facilities are complete and perfect, lacking nothing for our comfort and well-being. The restaurant was perfect in the preparation and presentation of the dishes. If we were nearby, we would have lunch there every weekend. The maintenance of the facilities surprised us. Mari, from Nespresso service, is a wonderful professional. Congratulations to all.
