The staff was very attentive and helped us with the issues we had during our stay. The receptionist Katherine was very kind and gave me suggestions on where to buy a cell phone since I had lost mine. They also stored our luggage for free while we were not in the city.

The breakfast is good, although it is different from the idea I have of a buffet breakfast. They offer plenty of fruit and some cold cuts, but not as much variety of dishes.
