Hotel on one of the main streets in the city center. Easy access to public transportation, close to buses and metro. Nearby shops, restaurants, cafes. Friendly service, hot water in the tap, cleanliness, and elevator. It is a hotel according to the category in South America. It was comfortable and safe.

There were no glasses in the room. But I had my own cups so I didn't have a problem with that.
