When we arrived we could only be offered a choice of two rooms - neither was great. They only provide 2 towels and don't do hand towels. The room itself had no proper wardrobe. No vanity unit - you have to stand up. There's no real storage so no matter what you do you'll spend your time tripping over your own stuff. The bathroom is a modular unit and you have to step up and out of it - not ideal. My wife used the hair dryer for 5 minutes before the fuse tripped and we had no power - she ended up out in the corridor drying her hair. I had to plug my phone into a plug in the corridor as well. This was 9 am and we reported it to Reception. 15 HOURS LATER WHEN WE GOT BACK TO OUR ROOM, AFTER A DAY IN LONDON, THERE WAS STILL NO ELECTRICITY IN OUR ROOM. ABSOLUTE SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! When we checked out there wasn't even an acknowledgement of the major issue we encountered.
