Bathroom was disgusting, we had to ask to change all the linen when we arrived

I arrived at the hotel and paid what was due. Once I arrived in the room, I noticed an intense smell of mold. So I went to see the receptionist asking if there was another room available. He said no and apologized. I have asthma, and it's impossible for me to sleep in a room like this. So I asked to speak to the owner, but the receptionist refused, saying he was very busy. He ended up giving me the money I had paid for the room in a very aggressive way.
