The bed was super hard. The hardest I've ever had in my life. Super uncomfortable to sleep on. We asked if there might be other beds because we were in a disabled room, but we were told all beds are the same.

The hotel room was comfortable and spacious. The spa tub was perfect after a long day. The location was convenient for the port and public transportation.

The breakfast was terrible. We were only offered beef pho. There is a step up to the bed and I can't tell you how many times we stubbed our toes. We were hoping to store our bags with the hotel, but they do not have a separate room and only keep them in the lobby area.
