The hotel is about a 13-minute walk away. We stayed twice, leaving our luggage for free when we left for 2 days. They offer the possibility of a breakfast box, unfortunately a bit scarce with packaged bars. Breakfast is served in the room or on the top floor, abundant but a bit monotonous.

When we arrived there was a blackout going on, so we were without water and light for about 3 hours. They assigned us a room on the ground floor overlooking the common area (there are no windows); it was very humid and there was no circulation. Also, it is noisy because it is not soundproofed; I think it is better to request a room on the higher floors.

We stayed at this hotel 2 times; they offer the possibility to leave luggage for free even for more than a few days if you go on longer excursions. Most of the staff speaks English. The property is about a 13-minute walk from the center, but it is doable. The property is nice and clean, but could be a bit more maintained.

Breakfast is a bit monotonous; they serve it in the room and almost always give omelettes. They assigned us the room at the entrance of the reception; it is not soundproofed and since it faces the entrance of the common area, it is impossible to sleep from 4 am. The only window overlooks the common area and therefore there is little privacy.

Fantastic place. Very helpful staff, they stored our luggage when doing the Salkantay Trek, and even took our laundry to the laundry shop when we were in a tour and short on time. The room is clean with a warm shower.

It did not have an elevator. Very simple breakfast. Dark rooms.
