- Being charged for half a day although we were checking out 2AM on last day. - Hard to control rooms temperature, AC was suddenly cold and suddenly humid and hot. - Breakfast was less than average. - Some staff didnt speak understandable english. - No room service. - Hotel didnt help when we asked for a doctor. - Wasn't worth what we paid for. - Bed size was not what was advertized.

The hotel exceeded all expectations. We traveled with 3 children and took a room with 2 bedrooms. At first, there was a mistake when we went up to the room, there was only 1 bedroom. All because on the same day a family member was checking in and our rooms were simply mixed up. But the staff gave us a room with 2 bathrooms instead, of course, it was nice. Top-notch service! amenities, cleanliness, housekeeping - nothing to complain about. China pleasantly surprised us (we travel a lot around Asia). Comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, excellent blackout curtains, excellent breakfast, lots of shopping centers nearby, a promenade, a singing fountain (works from 8 pm and only for 10 minutes), cute robot delivery service in the hotel - the kids were thrilled. When we were leaving, we had problems with paying for a taxi through the app, and the staff kindly exchanged dollars for us and called a taxi with cash payment. If we return to Guangzhou, we will stay here again.
