Bathroom light was burned out, but maintenance was there to fix it before I had a chance to report it. Ice machine on our floor was not working for the entire week (10th floor) so I always had to go to another floor for ice.
My family and I stayed here for four days. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for exploring and convenient to the L as well. What made this place memorable was the staff. All of the workers at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. Always greeted people as they came in and out each day. Javier and Fannie are AMAZING. Breakfast was our favorite part of the day because of them. Super friendly and kind, chatting with everyone. If you're looking for a great location that's clean and has an amazing staff, this is it!

Excellent hotel location, a few blocks from very touristic areas. It was our first time in Chicago and the proximity of the hotel helped us feel safe. What I liked the most were its large windows, waking up looking at this beautiful city was magical.
