We stayed at your hotel in early September with two small children, we were satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, warm welcome at check-in, a man at the entrance greeted us, helped with the stroller, was polite 👍 The girl at the reception was also pleasant. They quickly responded to my requests👍 and I would like to note that the restaurant at the hotel is very tasty, the portions are huge))) the waiter is polite and quick! The staff was very nice and helpful. Lunchboxes were prepared for us when we had to leave before breakfast. The staff helped us with several important matters, for example, they called taxis at a normal price. We only spent one night in this city, but we have very pleasant impressions, and the room comfort was sufficient to rest before the journey.

A very controversial hotel. Below I will list the main points, draw your own conclusions. 1. We entered the room (a suite!) - there was someone's half-empty water bottle on the table. Another half-empty bottle was near the bed. 2. The sink in the bathroom upon check-in was covered in some black dirt. There were hairs on the floor. We called the maid - she apologized and cleaned the sink. 3. There are 2 adults and 2 children. 3 sleeping places. But for some reason, only 2 blankets. 4. Upon request, they brought a blanket. But for some reason without a duvet cover. At the same time, the duvet cover for the double bed was somehow intended for a single bed. 5. All the linen they brought was damp (like in childhood on a train). The maid commented that it's easier to iron this way. 6. Sauna - we came, and it was turned off. Accordingly, they turned it on, we had to wait for it to heat up. 7. On August 23, there was no hot water in the entire hotel in the morning. Well, there were other minor shortcomings. It feels like this was once a decent hotel, but now the management is not coping with the tasks. We won't come back.

The room is clean, and the staff are very friendly, especially Zukhra. The breakfast was great, and the swimming area was also excellent. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay with my family.
