It's fine, it's not super cheap but nothing in Queenstown is.

There is an area to the right of the reception where an old shopping trolley is and some old brooms are dumped - this is your welcome. Mold in bathrooms, paint peeling in bathroom. Gardens uncared for. Cheap outdoor furniture chained to the ground. Advertised as lake view - my view was a block wall - room 205. Felt like staying in the ghetto.

This property was exceptionally filthy, unsafe with exposed electrical work, no fire safety plan, removed smoke detectors. The property had not been cleaned with dirty hand marks on doors, dust thick on air vents and surfaces, oven thick with grime and not to mention the cutlery drawer that had floating visible dirt and dust, as well as visible food scraps. How anyone would think that this is safe to stay in, is beyond me. The staff were rude, not responding to emails or phone calls. Not available for conversations.

Car parking was a little confusing, but nothing too bad.

The location was perfect. Very central and could walk everywhere we wanted to be. The bed was comfortable and the heating worked very well.

The room has a washer-dryer combo, but not all rooms necessarily have one. Fresh towels provided daily and room garbage is taken care of. Found some equipment malfunctions after check-in, reported to the front desk to clarify liability.

The cleanliness inside the room, clean areas are very clean, but there are also areas that are not satisfactory. The beddings are clean, in terms of the environment.
