We were in the basement, but the room was spacious. Storage options in the bathroom would be helpful.

Nice quiet road, some shops/restaurants/pubs close by. 20min walk to Grafton street. Rooms had all I required, beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean and pleasant.

The biggest added value was the staff, great breakfast, cleaning, and location of the accommodation. It is a quiet neighborhood with excellent bus connections to the center. There are also restaurants and shops within walking distance of the accommodation. Room cleaning, towel and towel exchange took place every day. Each day started with a great breakfast, the staff was very kind and friendly. We also appreciated the possibility of storing luggage in the hotel for a few hours on the day of departure.

Compared to the room offered on Booking, we got a room that was really small for 4 people. Unfortunately, its equipment was therefore more modest (lack of wardrobe). The house is kept in an older classic style, which we appreciated in Dublin. However, at times it may start to bother you when you go to the bathroom in the evening and the creaking of the old wooden floor wakes up the other members of the room. Similarly, you will have a little more trouble with flushing the toilet, which leaked by morning. But everything can be endured somehow, and the remaining positives of the accommodation and the staff will push the overall impression of the accommodation into very positive values.
