I wrote a page describing how awful this place was but it limits me to 1500 characters so I have to make it brief: Do NOT stay here! Guy called me after booking requesting CC info over the phone (said no obviously), It was in a bad area (lots of shady vendors hanging around/dangerous), check in was shady, waited 30 mins for a lady to come get us, told the place wasn’t ready yet, paid the remaining amount in cash, got 2 keys, came back to see the place 20 mins later, dump! Seriously…a DUMP. Falling apart (pictures are VERY misleading), no mattresses (foam pads), disgusting bathrooms w/no TP, left after 10 mins and paid $1K/5nights for a hotel. Emailed the lady explaining what happened, only asked for half our money back, No response. Emailed again, No response. Hotels.com tried to reach, nothing. We’re out $500 which can’t be refunded since we paid in cash and deposit was on CC. Not saying their intentions were to steal our money, but they definitely mislead you with what you’re getting. Bed bugs became a REAL possibility when we saw the place. Now if none of this bothers you, this is your spot. But from someone who never writes reviews, taking the time to write this and paying an additional $1K to leave, should tell you how bad this place is. You’ve been warned.

Positivo: Em frente a praia. Apto amplo e com bela vista do mar. Proximo ao comercio e Super Mercado. Taxi eh barato mas usemos UBER. Negativo: Apto com excelentes moveis mas necessita de manutencao "ferrugem Maresia". Chuveiros a gaz nao esquentavam e foi necessario chamar tecnico. Arrumacao e troca roupa de cama e tolhas so ocorrem se pedir por Whatsapp ao proprietario. No checkin proprietario exige pagamento da diferenca das diarias em especie na moeda local COP$ (nao aceita cartao credito), so depois de muito implorar.

Hola, en general la estadía tanto en el apartamento como en la ciudad estuvo muy bien, buenos precios y muy buena atención en todo. Estuve con mi esposa e hijas y realmente la pasamos muy bien.
