Only thing was the lighting in the room. It was very dark even all lights were on and blinds were up.
Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, large rooms and fabulously attentive staff. Extensive breakfast. Right above the Sentral train station. Just half an hour from the airport by direct train.

Not in the most vibrant part of town or within walking distance. Cab rides away.

It would have been nice if the rooftop bar was open from around noon. I wanted to order while in the pool during the hot hours.
The room is big and comfortable. the location next to KL sentral is why we choose the Aloft. Coming from Ipoh by train its very convenient. Going to KL International airport via KLIA express in 30-40 mins. Connected to NU sentral. Lots of food and other shopping.

The breakfast was excellent, with Malay and Western options, rich and delicious. The location is very convenient, with trains, subways, and light rails nearby, and the main attractions of Kuala Lumpur are not far away. It would be my first choice to stay here next time.
