The doormen at the hotel entrance are more friendly than any 5-star hotel. I paid an additional fee to change to a room with a view of Gwangan Bridge, and the outside view and comfortable bedding were pleasant. The coffee was also good

As I arrived late on the first day, I went to the 31st-floor bar to have a drink and when I asked which one of the menu items to order, a male staff member made the decision and asked me to call him, which was very absurd. I thought he was busy or misunderstood, but I have never seen such a staff member in any hotel before. On the second day, my daughter tried to take a bath late at night and accidentally hit the marble edge of the bathtub so hard that she couldn't move due to severe pain. I contacted the hotel and called 119 for emergency treatment. Fortunately, it was not a serious injury, and her bones are fine, so she is currently receiving treatment in Seoul. It seems necessary to attach something around the bathtub to prevent slipping. My daughter got hurt at the Park Hyatt and now she is afraid to go anywhere in the future

There are simply no words to describe the view from our room—it was absolutely breathtaking. I could have stayed in the room all day just admiring it, and it was definitely worth every penny. The staff were also very helpful, courteous, and accommodating throughout our stay.

When you hold the key to the elevator, the floor you are staying on is automatically set, but it didn't set, so I struggled with the staff three times and finally resolved it by going to the office instead of the front desk. There was no staff to guide me to the room, so I called room service to know how to use the room, but it took about 10 minutes for them to come to the room and explain how to use it. For the most expensive hotel in Haeundae, the service was very lacking, and it was a hotel that I never want to visit again.
