The staff membes were charming and excellent in service, attentiveness and attention to detail. A very well run, organized hotel with first class staff. I My room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a lovey view of swaying trees. Perfect for my morning yoga and meditation.. Breakfast options could be improved - the coffee in particular. The quality of the meals were variable. But i guess in the low season it's difficult to maintain a full menu. In the low season, perhaps it's worth reducing the menu.
The service throughout the evening was excellent, and the staff were always polite and helpful. We had a good night's sleep and enjoyed breakfast the next morning before checking out.

We only stayed for one night, but we managed to fit quite a lot into our visit. We arrived around 3:45 PM and appreciated the friendly welcome at reception. Our room was comfortable and had air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a safety , drinking water, and a private bathroom.

We arrived the hotel around 7am we kept our luggages at the front we had breakfast at around 7:15 AM before leaving for our temple tour at 8:am. We had arranged a tuk-tuk through the hotel, and the driver arrived at approximately 8:10 AM. We visited Angkor Wat, Bayon, and Ta Prohm and stopped for lunch during the tour. We returned the hotel around 4:pm we rested till evening.
