Safe does not work. Booked a room with 2 separate beds; received a double bed and cannot be moved. Lamp is broken
Nice large room with a big bathroom and air conditioning. Perfect in midsummer. Breakfast buffet very rich and delicious. We will definitely remember the hotel.

Rooms were not cleaned. During the trade fair weekend, only one elevator was running with up to 10 minutes waiting time. Breakfast buffet often not refilled, few staff and therefore long waiting times.
The suite is very spacious and comfortable with 2 bathrooms. Great breakfast. Everything was clean and tidy, and there was even refreshing water for everyone (instead of coffee and tea facilities).

Beautiful hotel conveniently located in a central position with easy access to shops, transport, and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean and quiet. I'll definitely be back.
