My reservation was for 3 days, and after my stay, I extended it for an additional 7 days. It was very luxurious and clean, with an excellent location and amazing views. What I liked the most is that I requested them to install a bidet sprayer in the bathroom, and upon my arrival, I found it already installed by the hotel. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. The food was very good, although I didn't try it, but one thing that I didn't like is that the laundry service was very expensive.

Unfortunately, the property is not up to the standards of other Mandarin hotels I have stayed in. The property is quite dated, with scratched parquet floors, stained furniture, and chipped wood, giving a sense of neglect. We had a small issue upon our arrival. In environments of this level, I expect impeccable cleanliness; however, unfortunately, the room we were assigned had several stained and poorly cleaned furniture and appliances. The staff, however, was excellent, and we were immediately given a new room of a higher category. Another negative point is the not-so-transparent issue of the deposit: upon our arrival, we were asked to pay the full amount for the room and breakfast, plus a deposit of 1000 Yuan per day (a condition not mentioned on Booking). At check-out, during the review of the bill, we were informed that from what I had paid, they would deduct the room bill and return the remaining amount. Unfortunately, today, September 7th, the room amount was charged to me again, and the entire amount paid at the hotel will only be refunded after 25 working days. Honestly, I have never experienced such a situation before.
