Listen up! Great hotel! The location is amazing, very close to the lake and still quiet. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and everything you need in the hotel area. The rooms are very clean and spacious, the breakfast is worth it and diverse. And the staff are super cute, helpful, and pleasant. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night and checked in late, checked out early. Appreciative of staff who went beyond their means to organize a cake on the day of arrival (we've given a tip at the desk on checked out for the people/person who helped out that day, hopefully it went to them). When we were there, it was a weekend and some roads were closed so people need to be aware of that if they're carrying a lot of luggage, but on our checked out, they've organized a taxi for us and a male staff helped out walked with us to it, about a 5-minute walk.

Room is small to walk around for 3 people, but we only stayed for a short period of time so we don't actually mind it and no point for us to upgrade our room for a fee. Local TV is hit and miss and just kept loading, again we didn't mind it and not worth calling for help as it's a minor issue, but for people needing it, this info may be important. Staff are friendly but a bit pushy on getting a perfect score of 10 for a bonus from their boss that was mentioned on our checked out. They've said only if they score 10 will they get a bonus. But being pushy like that is what people remember.

I came to the hotel after a very long flight, and the staff welcomed me with warmth and efficiency. They helped to arrange my visit to the city and a ride to Mu Cang Chai, two days later. As I had a problem (forgot my walking shoes in the taxi), I called them, and they solved the problem quickly. I recommend this lovely place with all my heart.
