موظف الرسيبشن غير متعاون والتكييف ظل عطلان 4 ساعات وغيرنا اكثر من غرفة نفس الشي وعمال الصيانة مزعجين كذلك انتشار الناموس وعدم نظافة الاثاث وعدم توفر احتياجات الحمام بشكل كافي - المسبح في آخر دور 9 ولايوجد اي موظفين انقاذ او متابعة للنزلاء يعني لو حصل اي حالة غرق او اصابة لاسمح الله لايوجد منقذين او مسعفين خطير جدا
اولا : أشكر الموظف يوسف كان جدا متعاون الي ابعد الحدود ، والفندق كان رائع وقريب من المطاعم والخدمات

النظافة والحمامات يوجد بها تسريب من جميع الاماكن سقف الحمام يهرب ماء بكثافة ريحة المكيفات سيء جدا لدرجة تصحى بسبب الرائحة لا يوجد مواقف كافية الفرش والعفش قديم ومتهالك لا يوجد عوازل للصوت تسمع اصوات الناس من الخارج والداخل بأضافة الي ارتفاع السعر مقابل الخدمة
