Guest sentiment

• Cleanliness10.0

Multiple reviews explicitly state rooms were 'spotless', clean and well maintained; housekeeping praised for attention to cleanliness.

• Service9.0

Generally lauded — Jasmine, Jonny, Ms. Nga and bellboys repeatedly praised for helpfulness and attentiveness; however one review reports a strongly negative staff interaction (denied early freshen-up), indicating some inconsistency.

• Location10.0

Consistently noted as central and convenient, frequently described as near the night market and surrounded by amenities.

• Room Quality9.5

Rooms described as cozy, comfortable, spacious in several reviews; showers and room size positively mentioned.

• Amenities9.0

Tour desk and trip organization repeatedly praised; minor inconvenience noted about small lobby and elevator placement, but staff assist with luggage.

• Value for Money9.0

Most guests felt the hotel delivered as described and recommended it (including organized tours), though one guest opted for a nearby alternative after a negative experience.

• Food and Beverage9.5

Mixed but strong: several guests praised the breakfast buffet, fresh juices and local noodle soup; one guest noted limited/simple breakfast options.

• Overall Experience10.0

Predominantly very positive experiences: trustworthy staff for tours, stress-free trip arrangements, central clean property — despite an isolated severe negative service report.
