Guest sentiment
- Cleanliness9.5
Repeatedly praised as very clean and spacious; quality toiletries noted, though toilet paper and hand soap ran out during one stay.
- Service8.9
Communication and responsiveness frequently praised; easy check‑in/out. Some guests noted staff are not very visible during self‑service stays.
- Location9.8
Excellent central location next to the old town; quiet and very convenient for sightseeing and transport.
- Room Quality8.4
Modern, well‑appointed apartments with good furnishings; some complaints about firm beds, low pillows, a sloping sofa bed edge, noisy AC in one case and a poorly draining shower.
- Amenities9.0
Good amenities (sauna, balcony, parking, baby equipment available, effective air conditioning for warm days); minor issues noted with coffee maker and an intermittently noisy AC.
- Value for Money9.2
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
- Food and Beverage9.2
Standard quality for this hotel tier; food/beverage not widely discussed in reviews (brief mentions of breakfast ordering and coffee machine).
- Overall Experience9.6
Many guests report a wonderful, comfortable stay and strong recommendations; a few isolated disturbances did not outweigh generally excellent experiences.

Nice space, facility, good to have lift in the building.

There was no elevador. Not a problem for us but it could be if you have mobility issues
