A very well located serviced suites building, breakfast is super nice and tasty with good variety (you need to ask), very welcoming and attentive staff, lovely hospitality. Rooftop pool is almost empty all the time lovely views. Bed was surprisingly super comfy! All together a lovely experience but there are some buts :(

Rooms would need a serious make over. Furnishings are worn off, table, seats, sofa are really really overused and well past their time. Corridor carpets are really dirty and in overall common corridors are dusty very much, and there is a strange odor in the room and the wardrobes

The view from the room was good, and it was a spacious room for Singapore. The washer with a dryer was easy to use. Towels were changed daily, and I could also change the pillows to my liking. There was complimentary coffee in the living room on the 2nd floor where I could relax. The rooftop pool had a great view, was clean, and very nice. The MRT station was very close by, and there was also a CS Supermarket, making it very convenient. It's a minor detail, but NHK World Premium was available.

The sofa spring was broken, and although they exchanged it with one from another room, the seating comfort was still not good. The room I booked was said to not have a bathtub, and I was told that only a room one rank lower had a bathtub. However, since they mentioned that there would be no refund for changing to that room, I did not make the change. It is confusing because the booking site stated shower or bathtub, and it's unclear. If it varies by rank, I would like it to be written more clearly. I am looking for a hotel with a bathtub as a condition.

Poor aircon distribution between bedroom and living room. Bedroom is warm at night and living room is cold. Had to open the divider door between living room and bedroom so better airflow is circulate in but sunlight shine in and cause us unable to sleep. The toilet bowl floor trap and shower cubicle shared the same line. After the shower, the floor trap next to the toilet bowl overflowed.
Location was perfect! Very close to the super trees but still relatively close to the MRT and city centre. Would stay here again
