Isolamento acústico péssimo, elevador ficava fazendo um rangido o tempo todo, não fizeram boa limpeza, água tinha vezes que o fluxo ficava a conta gotas, internet não funciona bem dentro do quarto a não ser que esteja do lado da porta, zero flexibilidade com ajustes e solicitações excepcionais. Cortina do banheiro ficava caindo

The staff was very good. At breakfast they were attentive and efficient. The front desk staff was attentive and responsive. A special thank you to two of the Front Desk, Erica and Gustavo Balzani. Erica has attentive and helpful with local restaurants, her greetings were personal and interested in how my day had been, she made us feel welcome. Gustavo contacted me right after I had made the reservation, he answered questions, made transportation reservation from the airport to the hotel. On my first day he provided some suggestions while I awaited my room availability. Both Erica and Gustavo added to the positive experience of my visit. A special thank you to both of them.
