A person from the Front Desk who was not very friendly, did not have much knowledge and was messing up our reservation, fortunately, support staff arrived and solved it for us and even the manager arrived who was very kind.

A quieter location and beach. Hotel was lovely as were our rooms. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. We’d definitely stay here again.
