The room service and reception were beyond expected. Everything went smoothly and within a few minutes we received a response. The staff were pleasant and patient, explained everything and always helped. I will definitely return there next time.

Mainly the location
The hotel is not well maintained. The room was not very clean, also the maintenance around. The shower was not very clean either, it was clogged and there was no one to fix it so we changed rooms and there the sink was clogged. Overall feeling of not being well maintained.

At first, we received a room with very low cleanliness, after we asked they changed us to a cleaner room. The staff was very polite and tried to help and solve the issue.

Close to the Carmel Market, quiet at night. A coffee corner available 24/7. Sitting areas on the ground and roof. Towels for the beach and jacuzzi always on the shelf. Samples of sunscreen. And if the parking is available, then they close off the entire corner.

I would put more emphasis on cleanliness in the showers
