No coffee maker or coffee in the rooms. Very limescale faucets, shower use not great. Very noisy people in the corridors.

Cold reception and lack of service and information. Breakfast buffet poorly stocked and none on Sundays without being informed by staff or a notice.

Lots of noise from the hallway. Showerhead kept falling down, no curtain for the window in the bathroom (!)

The room is not soundproof and the hotel is on a street where cars and trams constantly pass by. The air conditioning was not working and it was cold in the room. The infrastructure needs renovation. The price is high for the hotel's quality.
