Poor cleaning. Supposedly they cleaned, but they didn't sweep anything and only stretched the bed. I ended up cleaning it myself. Terrible. And another thing, the mattress sheet doesn't have elastic, it's like the top one... so it comes off all the time, you end up sleeping on the bare mattress

Everything. From the location to the cleaning. I can't comment on the pool because I didn't use it. Congratulations for the complete and very delicious breakfast.

The receptionist who checked me in was a bit insistent when it came to payment. I understand the hotel policy but it could be more flexible if I want to pay for one night and the next day the other. Something she didn't want and told me that if I didn't pay for both nights she couldn't give me the room key. I entered the hotel with a 3-year-old child so if I didn't pay for both nights, where was I going to sleep? In the Punta del Este terminal? I also worked as a receptionist and I never treated any guest like she treated me. I wouldn't stay there again with that attitude. The housekeepers shouldn't enter the room without knocking even if it's for check-out. Another thing to correct. To the rest of the staff, my congratulations and thank you very much.
