The reception closed between 22:30 and 7:30 in a four-star hotel is not good service. The closed reception then does not allow access to the hotel lobby and therefore does not allow staying there. Also, breakfast is served from 7:30 onwards. It would be better to anticipate it (at least from 7:00). In a four-star hotel, it is not nice that the toilet lid is broken or that in the bathroom in the lobby (which can only be accessed by requesting the keys at the reception) there are no hand towels and toilet paper.

The location in the middle of the old town was perfect for an evening stroll, a few minutes drive to the airport the next morning. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite.

The bathroom urgently needs to be renovated, the towel hooks fall off the wall, the shower cubicle is from the 70s, the toilet seat was two sizes smaller than the porcelain, no storage space for cosmetics. The breakfast buffet was unfortunately below average. To make matters worse, the individual ingredients are covered with plastic lids that cannot be placed anywhere, resulting in a noisy clatter whenever someone serves themselves. Fortunately drowned out by two televisions and simultaneously running department store music. The furniture in the suite was surely once beautiful. Now cheap cotton covers are stretched over formerly white leather armchairs and everything is somewhat worn.
