It was very easy to reach everything with public transportation, we were right in the center of Seoul. There were some convenience stores nearby. We liked the bathroom in the room, it had a small bathtub. The room itself was also okay. The night view was very beautiful.

Unfortunately, there was no pool, which we were actually looking forward to. But the pool is apparently in one of the other Fraser hotels. This was not clear on the website.

Great location close to Myeongdong. Lovely staff at the reception at all times. Good, soft bedding. I would have preferred a slightly softer bed, but the pillows were great. Very helpful with luggage storage, which was greatly appreciated.

I was surprised that the windows had no noise insulation (double glazing) and you could hear the traffic even on the 7th floor. My parents had room 707 and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. They must be aware, because there was an air purifier in the room, but clearly it hadn't solved the issue yet. My room smelled wonderful, so it's a localized issue, but I would recommend you ask for a different room upon arrival.
