The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room is clean. The location is also convenient. During our trip, we came twice. We were able to leave our suitcases for free for 10 days, which was very much appreciated.

The hotel's location is quite good. Although it is not next to the subway, there are dim sum restaurants nearby and good food nearby. There is a roast meat restaurant nearby that you can try. The room is clean and tidy, and the space is just enough for a business trip for one person! The air conditioning is just right, not too cold, and the hot water comes out quickly!

My staff and I have used this hotel at least 8 times. We like the location. We love the service offered by your staff. I had a two day stay at Lodgewood by Nina in Mongkok. A young gentleman at the front desk (Michael) checked me in. Then Miss Jess arrived at the Front Desk and kept a close eye. Both of these staff are attentive, super professional, and they know what they're doing. Miss Jess noted my reservation, whispered to Michael to look for a better room. She did that with a smile. I was reassigned to room 1806. I liked my room. It had everything I need and more. It was sparkling clean. Well decorated. Excellent bed and powerful shower. It had all the amenities I needed. With the exception of the shower gel, the shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were all mildly scented and high quality. I don't like strong smells. The single most important dimension of the hotel industry is the hospitality component. Hotel staff should make guests feel like they are valued and welcomed visitors. Staff members are expected to exhibit politeness, compassion, care, professionalism, patience, and even grace. Miss Jess exhibited all those qualities. Michael was great too. This may not sound like much but little acts of kindness make the whole experience memorable! Miss Jess did not display arrogance but treated me with kindness and respect. I respect the hotel for the high quality staff they hire and train. I wish this hotel great and continued success and steady growth. Thanks Miss Jess for making my stay more comfortable.
