The reception on re-entry was less attentive than the first access

We loved our stay at the hotel, a very beautiful, elegant historic building with several courtyards. The location is excellent, just a few blocks from the main square, you can walk around all of historic Cusco. The room was great, large, quiet, and with heating. The breakfast was very good. All the staff was very friendly. We recommend it 100% and would definitely come back. In fact, we liked it so much that we chose the Tierra Viva chain in other cities.

A little noisy at night

Good breakfast. I didn't realize there was no air conditioning in the rooms when I made the reservation. Very hot. I also didn't realize there are no elevators!!! I had to carry the suitcases down many stairs. Employees took the suitcases at check-in, however, they did not offer to carry them down the stairs at check-out.

Hard mattress, dirty and stained sheets. Hot room with poor acoustics. Could hear noise from other guests in the early morning. Not worth the price they charge. I was disappointed because it is a well-rated hotel on booking, but it does not match the rating it has on booking.
